• Register guests in the arrival register and assign them rooms
• Welcome group travelers upon arrival and departure
• Record room reservations, cancel or modify them
• Provide information about the facilities and hotel services
• Provide general information about points of interest in the area
• Process guest departures, calculate their bills, and collect amounts due
• Handle cash register, fill out balance sheets, cash reports, and supporting documents
• Maintain records of available rooms, reservations, and rented rooms
• Follow emergency and safety measures
• Answer the phone and transfer calls and messages
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Communicate with clients to deliver requested wake-up calls
• Perform small household tasks and cleaning
• Provide customer service
• Complete reception tasks
• Discuss with clients the use of the facilities
