RH is seeking a "Hospitality Administrative Coordinator" (H/F), highly organized and execution-oriented, to support the financial, operational, and compliance functions that are essential to the success of RH Hospitality. The ideal candidate thrives behind the scenes, is passionate about details, and excels in operational fluidity.

You will be a strategic partner to the property management team, playing a crucial role in managing daily operations, cash management, compliance, as well as coordinating private dining and payroll preparation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise all aspects of cash management, including deposits, audits, and modification orders
  • Process and reconcile bills and vendor statements to ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Update the property's compliance calendar and assist in preparing for internal audits or inspections
  • Support the recruitment process in collaboration with the property management team, including job posting, candidate selection, interview coordination, and onboarding documentation management
  • Prepare payroll reports by verifying timekeeping records and submitting them for processing
  • Collaborate with kitchen and dining managers to ensure accurate inventory records and facilitate physical inventories
  • Coordinate private dining experiences and large reception requests, including menu development, event contracts, and day-of details
  • Respond to customer billing inquiries and process banking requests, including retroactive billing or transaction disputes
  • OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • More than 3 years of experience in administrative, hospitality, or financial fields; a degree in accounting, finance, or business operations is strongly preferred
  • Highly proficient in Google Suite, Excel, sales management systems, and time-tracking platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for process, organization, and efficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively interact with teams and departments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Frequently lift and move up to 25 kg using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Remain standing and walk comfortably for extended periods
