Responsibilities as a Maintenance Assistant

Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas (flooring installation, changing faucets, carpentry, painting, changing light bulbs, etc.)

Perform general interior and exterior building maintenance

Responsible for trash and recycling duties

Make necessary purchases and commissions for your department

Be available on call for minor emergencies

Perform any other related tasks.

Skills sought as a Maintenance Assistant
