We are looking for a motivated and meticulous Head Chef to join our kitchen team. Our establishment showcases contemporary cuisine with diverse influences, enhanced by refined Japanese touches. Reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, you will be responsible for your section and actively participate in the smooth running of the services.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the setup and organization of your workstation.
• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to the establishment's standards.
• Ensure consistent quality in the execution and presentation of dishes.
• Apply and enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Contribute to inventory management and communicate supply needs.
• Collaborate closely with the entire team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Support and guide kitchen assistants when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, structured, and professional work environment.
• Desired Profile
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef in the restaurant industry.
• Excellent culinary techniques.
• Experience in Japanese or Asian cuisine is an asset.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Ability to adapt efficiently in a dynamic and high-pressure work environment.
• Team spirit, positive attitude, and professionalism.
• Meticulousness, attention to detail, and genuine passion for cooking.
• Salary: $23.00 to $30.00 per hour
