Senior Customer Service Executive (Medical)

We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Senior Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, in a professional and timely manner
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability details to customers
• Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary
• Collaborate with warehouse clerk to ensure order fulfilment
• Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance
• Assist with marketing materials and social media content
• Travel and participate in tri-annual tradeshows across Canada

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service
• Previous experience or interest in marketing, an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, in both French and English
• Strong computer skills. Previous experience with Quickbooks,Shopify and/or Canva, an asset
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of medical products and terminology, an asset
• Ability to travel within Canada
