We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our North American operations. In this role, you will assist with the planning, coordination, and daily execution of projects, helping ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will provide administrative support to the project team and executives, coordinate with stakeholders (including those based in China), and contribute to the successful delivery of projects in the railway sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with project planning, coordination, and progress tracking.
• Support the preparation of schedules, budgets, and project status reports.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Use project management tools to monitor activities and documentation.
• Review contracts, financial documents, and technical files.
• Review purchase orders and change requests.
• Assist with inventory control and procurement-related tasks.
• Perform site visits when required.
• Provide general administrative support to the Montréal office and management team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, project coordination, or project management is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Proficiency in English; Mandarin language skills are a strong asset.
