Head Waiter / Responsible Server – Banquet / Reception Room

We are looking for a Head Waiter / Responsible Server – Banquet to supervise the service in the room during our events and ensure a customer experience up to the standards of the establishment.

Main Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Banquet Director and work closely with her to ensure the smooth running of events.
• Supervise the room during events and ensure the smooth running of the service.
• Perform service sections for servers and ensure their proper distribution.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the service team on the floor.
• Ensure that the service offered meets the quality and excellence standards of the establishment.
• Manage and ensure compliance with food allergies and dietary restrictions during events.
• Supervise the entire room service, from start to finish of each reception.
• Coordinate the delivery of dishes with the kitchen in collaboration with the Banquet Director.
• Assist the Banquet Director in various operational and administrative tasks related to the organization and success of events.
• Perform any other related tasks that can support operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of the banquet department.

• Mandatory experience in team supervision.
• Experience in banquet service or restaurant.
• Excellent sense of organization and time management.
• Leadership, autonomy, and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during events.
• Flexible availability (days, evenings, and weekends).
