Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Internal Sales Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the team, achieving sales targets, ensuring high-quality customer service, and contributing to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and retain customers.
• Train and mentor employees to develop their skills.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complex situations.
• Collaborate with external sales, logistics, operations, and customer service teams.
• Generate sales reports, analyze performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend improvements.
• Manage team schedules, priorities, and task allocation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in internal sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a CRM software.
• Bilingual (French and English)
