About the Role

Our Sales Operations Coordinator is at the heart of our commercial operations. You will ensure the link between our sales team, retailers, accounts, production, and operations so that every order is processed accurately and delivered on time.

You will coordinate bulk orders and custom projects, track purchase orders, provide updates to customers, and supply the necessary tools to our sales team.

This position is ideal for an organized, proactive person recognized for their excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify, and process customer purchase orders.
  • Coordinate custom orders from start to delivery.
  • Serve as a resource person for the sales team.
  • Provide order updates to customers and representatives.
  • Send catalogs, price lists, visuals, and other sales tools.
  • Ensure rigorous tracking of all order-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with accounts for payment tracking, invoicing, and credits.
  • Work with production and operations teams to meet deadlines.
  • Track production schedules and communicate changes quickly.
  • Verify the accuracy of prices, products, and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate sample, illustration, and production approvals.
  • Participate in the integration of new customer accounts.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and documentation.
  • Support product launches, seasonal programs, and sales initiatives.

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience in coordinating custom orders
  • Knowledge of purchase orders, billing, and commercial processes

About the Role

Our Sales Operations Coordinator keeps everything moving behind the scenes. You'll be the primary point of contact for our sales team and retail partners throughout the order process, ensuring every purchase order is accurate, every deadline is met, and every customer receives timely communication.

From coordinating custom programs and organizing purchase orders to communicating with Accounts, Production, and Customer Experience, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience to our partners while supporting the continued growth of PRAISE.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and process wholesale and custom purchase orders.
  • Coordinate custom orders from confirmation through production and delivery.
  • Serve as the primary internal contact for the sales team.
  • Provide customers and sales representatives with order status updates.
  • Prepare and distribute product information, catalogs, pricing sheets, and marketing assets.
  • Maintain accurate order records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Accounts regarding invoices, payments, credits, and account status.
  • Work closely with Production and Operations to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Monitor production timelines and communicate changes proactively.
  • Ensure purchase orders, pricing, and product information are accurate.
  • Coordinate artwork approvals, samples, and customer approvals when required.
  • Assist with onboarding new wholesale accounts.
  • Help improve internal processes and documentation to create a smoother customer experience.
  • Support sales initiatives, product launches, and seasonal programs.
