Warranty and Returns Service Technician

TTI, the pioneer of heat pumps in Quebec, is looking for a responsible, dynamic, and friendly person to join its warranty and returns counter team at our Longueuil headquarters (just next to Highway 20).

What you will do on a daily basis

Under the supervision of the director, you will be the point of contact for all warranty-related matters:

• Process warranty claims with our suppliers (several based outside Quebec)
• Ensure rigorous tracking of pending credits
• Receive defective merchandise and coordinate returns
• Respond to customer calls and emails professionally
• Forward completed documentation to the billing department
• Coordinate shipments to suppliers, as needed
• Perform the disposal of authorized parts
• Be a trusted bridge between our suppliers and our customers

The profile we are looking for

• A versatile, dynamic, and friendly person
• Comfortable with a computer (Office Suite, Google Drive, Gmail)
• Good learning ability — we will train you on our products and systems
• Strong team spirit
• Fluent French spoken and written, and good English spoken and written, essential for communicating with our suppliers and anglophone customers

Job details

• Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (8 hours/day)
• Employment type: Full-time, permanent
• Salary: $23 to $26/hour
