Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic receptionist to join our Laviolette Suites team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome upon their arrival.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with courtesy and respond to their requests efficiently.
• Manage reservations and guest check-ins with accuracy.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and events.
• Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism.
• Ensure smooth communication with various hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process payments and perform necessary checks in compliance with the establishment's procedures.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in the reception area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a hotel receptionist or in a similar field is an asset.
• Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in computer tools and reservation software.
• Strong command of both French and English.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
