Brief description of the position:

In order to meet the needs of its clients in the IT sector, FOP Consultants is seeking Continuous Improvement Consultants motivated to contribute to the successful delivery of consulting mandates. The main responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, conducting assessments, developing process models, preparing continuous improvement or process optimization plans, and monitoring expected outcomes.

Main responsibilities: Without limitation, the main tasks involve:

• Facilitate workshops and conduct process analyses to identify gaps, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Perform process diagnostics and recommend optimization initiatives based on best practices (LEAN).
• Define and implement performance indicators as well as monitoring tools (dashboards).
• Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support teams in adopting new practices and managing organizational change.
• Advise managers on improving operational performance and standardizing processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert for committees and working groups focused on business process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, Mathematics, or any other related field;
• 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) years of experience in the information technology sector;
• 5 (five) to 7 (seven) years of experience as a Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization Consultant;
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required;
• Strong knowledge of performance improvement tools (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Management, etc.);
• Advanced proficiency with the MS Office suite;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
