Summary

Do you want to play a key role in hiring talent and have a concrete impact on an organization's performance? This position is for you.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be at the heart of our mass recruitment activities, particularly for customer service teams. You will contribute to attracting, selecting, and hiring the best talent, while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

You will achieve your goals in the following functions

• Support internal managers in planning and managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring a smooth, consistent, and attractive candidate experience at every stage of the process.
• Develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies, or in response to specific recruitment needs (examples of strategies: talent search, mass recruitment campaigns, coordination and participation in career events).
• Manage a large volume of applications efficiently within tight deadlines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by relying on the tracking and analysis of performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in employer branding.

Your skills and qualifications

• University degree in human resources, industrial relations, administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to mass recruitment.
• Being a member of CRHA (an asset).
• Proficiency with technological and recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent mastery of the French language both spoken and written, as well as functional mastery of the English language, both orally and in writing, due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with anglophone colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers, or to meet the company's growth objectives.
