As a Sales Consultant, you guide customers in discovering and selecting products, offering attentive and personalized service. On a daily basis, you welcome customers in-store, identify their needs, present collections, and complete sales while ensuring necessary follow-up. You contribute to product display (merchandising, store presentation) and participate in routine operations: cash handling, reservations, orders, and returns. You ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by guaranteeing a smooth and pleasant experience. This part-time position is exclusively on-site, within the boutique located in Quebec City, QC.

Qualifications

• Sales and Consulting Skills: Ability in Sales Consulting and Customer Consulting to assist customers in their choices and optimize commercial opportunities.
• Customer Orientation: Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build trust and loyalize the customer base.
• Communication: Excellent Communication skills, relational ease, active listening, and the ability to express oneself clearly in French (English proficiency is an asset).
• Professionalism: Attention to detail, neat appearance, rigor in cash and stock procedure tracking, reliability, and punctuality.
• Desired Experience: Previous experience in retail or high-end boutique sales, interest in quality products and premium service.
