ERP Analyst, Customer Service

Being an ERP Analyst, Customer Service at Innovair Solutions means acting as the functional expert for the ERP Customer Service module while actively contributing to the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of our business processes. With your analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and interest in technology, you will participate in large-scale projects while supporting users through continuous improvement initiatives.

On a daily basis, you will

• Act as the ERP super user for the Customer Service module;
• Identify, analyze, and understand the business needs of various operational units;
• Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and contribute to defining target processes;
• Configure the ERP module according to established standards and project timelines;
• Participate in testing activities and ensure proper follow-up of results;
• Collaborate with project teams, functional experts, and end users to deliver ERP projects and enhancements;
• Promote best practices and optimal use of ERP functionalities;
• Train and support users and new employees in the use of the solution;
• Analyze and resolve operational issues following system implementation;
• Participate in the optimization and standardization of ERP processes across multiple sites;
• Act as a positive change agent during digital transformation initiatives.

You are the person we are looking for if you have

• A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Relevant experience in a similar role involving ERP systems or business process improvement;
• A solid understanding of manufacturing environments and operational processes;
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (an asset);
• Experience in inside sales or outside sales (an asset);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
• The ability to simplify complex information and train various user groups;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy;
• Excellent French and English communication skills, both written and spoken, to interact with various internal stakeholders;
• Availability for occasional travel within Canada and the United States.
