Banquet Manager

PURPOSE

The Banquet Manager is primarily responsible for delivering, preparing, and supervising banquets and events held within the framework of golf tournaments, corporate activities, and family receptions. Reporting to the Operations Director, they ensure an exceptional customer experience by coordinating effectively between the kitchen staff, service team, logistics, and clients.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Delivery

• Responsible for all logistical aspects of banquets related to golf tournaments, corporate events, and family gatherings.
• Develops work schedules for staff assigned to events.

Operations Supervision

• Supervises the setup, service, and breakdown of rooms and spaces used for banquets.
• Ensures service quality meets established standards and customer expectations.
• Manages unforeseen events and ensures smooth event execution.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Staff Management

• Oversees, motivates, and trains the service team (servers, team leaders, support staff).
• Ensures smooth communication between various departments involved (kitchen, logistics, maintenance, management).
• Assesses staffing needs and coordinates schedules based on events.
• Performs any other related tasks.

Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
