Sales Representative with Experience - Base Salary + Commission

The Spa Sales Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by supporting clients throughout their purchasing process. This person welcomes visitors in the showroom, presents products, performs demonstrations, follows up on sales opportunities (leads), and ensures a high-quality relationship until the sale is finalized and full payment is received.

Customer Welcome and Service

• Warmly welcome all customers visiting the showroom.
• Identify customer needs and advise them on the most suitable products.
• Support customers throughout their purchasing process to provide a personalized experience.
• Answer customer questions in person, by phone, or by email.

Sales and Demonstration

• Perform complete demonstrations of spas and related products.
• Present features, benefits, and available options.
• Prepare quotes and close sales.
• Achieve established sales targets.

Lead Management and Sales Follow-Up

• Take charge of all leads provided by the company.
• Make necessary follow-up calls to convert opportunities into sales.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up with each customer throughout the sales process.
• Keep customer files and activities up to date in the management system (CRM), when applicable.

Administrative Follow-Up

• Communicate with customers to ensure all scheduled payments are made.
• Perform necessary follow-ups until full payment for each sale is received.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth handling of customer files.

Showroom Maintenance

• Participate in maintaining cleanliness, order, and presentation of the showroom.
• Ensure products are displayed professionally.
• Participate in showcasing products and in-store promotions.

Working Conditions

• Work primarily in the showroom.
• Availability to work weekends according to store hours.
• Use of Phone, Computer, and Customer Management Tools
